Job Overview

This full-time, on-site position located in Dubai involves supporting a child's academic achievements and daily care within the ÚCHÈ household. The role demands creating and implementing age-appropriate lesson plans, assisting with homework, and managing a structured homeroom timetable aligned to school standards and personal learning goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver planned educational sessions tailored to the child's needs.
• Assist the child with homework and school assignments.
• Develop and maintain a consistent homeroom schedule.
• Monitor and supervise daily routines and activities.
• Provide attentive and supportive childcare.
• Organize creative and educational activities fostering learning and curiosity.
• Ensure a safe, nurturing environment for holistic development including social, emotional, and cognitive growth.
• Communicate regularly with parents to discuss progress and adapt learning plans accordingly.
• Occasionally support family outings and activities with flexibility.

Qualifications and Skills

• Strong tutoring capabilities in core subjects such as English, Mathematics, Science, and Social Studies.
• Experience in lesson planning and homework support.
• Proven background in childcare and nanny duties, including managing daily routines and ensuring age-appropriate care.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build trust with children and collaborate with parents or guardians.
• Capability to design engaging educational and creative activities promoting confidence, curiosity, and independent thinking.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills to maintain schedules, monitor progress, and modify plans as needed.
• Patience, empathy, and cultural sensitivity, particularly valued in an international and creative family setting.
• Academic qualifications related to teaching, early childhood education, childcare, or similar fields; certifications in teaching are beneficial.
• Previous experience working in private households in Dubai or the surrounding region is an advantage.
