Role Expectations

• Perform residential and light commercial repair jobs
• Handle projects of varying length (from two hours up to two days)
• Communicate professionally with customers to set and manage expectations
• Identify potential additional work opportunities when appropriate
• Deliver work with high standards of cleanliness and professionalism

Candidate Requirements

• Experience in residential repairs highly preferred
• Proficient in multiple trade skills including carpentry, drywall, plumbing, and electrical work
• Must possess own tools
• Valid driver's license with insurable driving record
• Must pass background check and drug screening
• Self-motivated, reliable, and professional in conduct
