- Monitor and report excess therapist capacity versus filled visits, providing weekly growth updates to leadership.
- Make escalation decisions regarding account risks, visit reductions, or service obstacles, consulting with management as appropriate.
- Recognize emerging trends and opportunities within accounts and communicate strategic recommendations to leadership.
- Work closely with Operations and Clinical departments to ensure commitments to agency partners are met.
- Maintain deep understanding of agency operations, staffing cycles, and referral patterns to anticipate and meet capacity needs.
- Perform other related duties within the role's scope as assigned.
Education and Experience Requirements
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent qualification is required.
- 2 to 4 years of experience in inside sales, account development, or comparable client-facing positions; experience in healthcare staffing or home health is advantageous.
- Proven track record of achieving or surpassing activity-based targets.
- Proficiency using CRM systems and Microsoft Office suite is essential.
Skills and Competencies
- Excellent outbound communication skills with strong ability to initiate and maintain phone relationships with agency partners.
- Adaptability to reprioritize tasks quickly in a fast-paced and capacity-driven environment.
- Sound independent decision-making skills for outreach strategy, timing, and when to escalate issues.
- Results-driven with high levels of self-management and accountability.
- Collaborative approach towards working with internal Operations and Clinical teams.
