Job description
Role Overview
This position is for a caring and dependable Personal Care Assistant who will provide one-on-one support to recipients in their homes and in the community. The role is focused on encouragement, daily skill development, and helping individuals work toward their personal goals outside the home.
The organization serves community mental health recipients across Southeast Michigan and has both full-time and part-time openings.
What You’ll Do
You will support clients in a home setting, assist with skill-building activities, and accompany them into community environments to help strengthen independence and personal growth.
