About the Role
Join Iceland Foods as a Home Delivery Driver, playing a vital role by delivering groceries directly to customers in Washington, England. Key Responsibilities
- Follow safe loading procedures to handle heavy items and manual handling duties responsibly.
- Adhere strictly to safe driving practices to ensure safety on the road.
- Conduct routine van inspections to maintain vehicle condition.
- Deliver food ensuring it arrives in optimal condition to customers.
- Deliver outstanding customer service as the face of Iceland.
- Assist in-store with various tasks when needed.
- Work independently, managing your schedule efficiently.
- Flexible to work shifts that may vary between early mornings (6am) and late evenings (11pm).
Candidate Requirements
- Must hold a full driving license for at least 3 years with no more than 6 penalty points.
- Display a positive attitude, friendliness, and a strong passion for excellent customer experience.
- Be punctual and capable of meeting deadlines.
- Have a heightened awareness of road safety.
