About the Role

Iceland Foods is seeking a Home Delivery Driver to join their team in Talbot Green, Wales. This role involves safely delivering groceries directly to customers, providing excellent service, and representing the company on the road. Key Responsibilities

• Safely load the delivery van, managing heavy lifting and manual handling tasks responsibly.
• Adhere strictly to road safety and safe driving practices while operating the delivery vehicle.
• Perform regular vehicle checks to ensure van is in good working order.
• Deliver grocery items to customers ensuring all food products arrive in excellent condition.
• Deliver outstanding customer service at all times.
• Support in-store activities as needed.
• Work independently and manage time efficiently to meet delivery schedules.
• Be flexible with working hours, which may range between early morning (6am) and late evening (11pm).

Candidate Requirements

• Possess a valid full UK driving licence for at least three years with no more than six penalty points.
• Exhibit a friendly, positive attitude with a passion for delivering a high-quality customer experience.
• Be punctual and capable of working reliably to meet deadlines.
• Demonstrate a strong understanding and awareness of road safety regulations.
