What you will do

You will work one-on-one with clients in their homes and help with everyday activities that support comfort, safety, and independence.

• Assist with light household tasks such as tidying up, laundry, and basic cleaning
• Help with personal care needs, including dressing, grooming, and meal assistance
• Run errands, shop for groceries, and accompany clients to appointments when needed

Who can apply

Applicants should have a valid driver’s license or ID and access to dependable transportation. Experience is not required, though candidates with CNA certification are strongly encouraged to apply. Candidates must also be willing to complete organizational and state-mandated training and meet background screening standards.

Bonus and policy details

The $1,000 sign-on bonus applies to applicants effective 1/1/2025. It is paid in two installments: $500 after 500 worked hours from the start date and the remaining $500 after 1,000 worked hours. To qualify, the caregiver must be active when each payout is made and maintain at least 85% electronic visit verification. Bonus payments are issued within 30 days of eligibility being reached. The offer is available to new caregivers and to previous caregivers who have not worked for Help at Home within the past year. Employees transferring from another company within the Help at Home, LLC portfolio are not eligible.
