About the Role

ABA Journey seeks a skilled Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our dedicated team focused on using evidence-based ABA practices to positively impact children's lives. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy services at clients' homes, schools, or clinics.
• Execute treatment plans developed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Systematically gather and record data on each client’s progress.
• Work closely with families and interdisciplinary teams to promote positive outcomes.
• Ensure therapy sessions are conducted in a safe and encouraging environment.

Compensation and Work Schedule

• Hourly wage between $24 and $30.
• Flexible shifts tailored to your availability.
• Primary work location in Valdosta, Georgia.

Qualifications

• Possession of or willingness to obtain RBT certification.
• High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework preferred.
• Experience working in ABA therapy or with children is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Ability to successfully clear a background check.
• Reliable local transportation and readiness to travel for appointments.
