About the Role
ABA Journey seeks a skilled Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our dedicated team focused on using evidence-based ABA practices to positively impact children's lives. We emphasize a collaborative culture that supports professional and personal growth, making a meaningful difference in our clients' success.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy services at clients' homes, schools, or clinics.
- Execute treatment plans developed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- Systematically gather and record data on each client’s progress.
- Work closely with families and interdisciplinary teams to promote positive outcomes.
- Ensure therapy sessions are conducted in a safe and encouraging environment.
Compensation and Work Schedule
- Hourly wage between $24 and $30.
- Flexible shifts tailored to your availability.
- Primary work location in Valdosta, Georgia.
Qualifications
- Possession of or willingness to obtain RBT certification.
- High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework preferred.
- Experience working in ABA therapy or with children is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Ability to successfully clear a background check.
- Reliable local transportation and readiness to travel for appointments.
