About the opportunity
This role sits within the Holidays business and focuses on strengthening the supply side for the Tours & Attractions category. The position is based in Gurgaon and is at Assistant Manager or Deputy Manager level, reporting to the Associate Director for Holidays, Tours & Attractions, and Cruises.
The Holidays function serves a wide audience of Indian travellers with a broad portfolio of domestic and international holiday packages. It supports more than 3 lakh customers each year across 50+ destinations. Within this ecosystem, the Tours & Attractions team is responsible for creating a strong on-ground experiences offering that includes attraction tickets, guided tours, and activities around the world. The goal is to serve both planned sightseeing needs and flexible, self-designed experiences through well-built supplier partnerships and solid commercial understanding.
Role overview
As a Supply Manager, you will help build and expand the supplier ecosystem that powers the Tours & Attractions business. Your work will shape a competitive and high-quality catalogue by bringing in the right partners and putting in place mutually beneficial commercial arrangements.
This is a high-impact position where you will influence category growth and overall business performance. You will own important metrics such as supply coverage, margins, and customer experience, while partnering with product, revenue, marketing, and operations teams to support scalable growth.
Responsibilities
- Source and onboard new suppliers for tours, attractions, transfers, and related travel experiences.
- Assess supplier inventory, pricing, service standards, and alignment with customer demand.
- Negotiate business terms such as net rates, commissions, cancellation rules, and credit arrangements.
- Complete end-to-end product onboarding, including content, images, pricing, inclusions and exclusions, operating timings, and compliance documents.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing suppliers to improve competitiveness and product quality.
- Conduct regular business reviews with key partners on a monthly or quarterly basis.
- Drive promotional arrangements, seasonal pricing actions, and exclusive partnership opportunities.
- Compare supplier pricing against market benchmarks and alternative vendors.
- Suggest product enhancements, bundles, and new inventory based on travel demand and market trends.
- Work with revenue and marketing teams to identify gaps in attraction offerings.
- Coordinate with product, content, finance, and operations teams to ensure smooth product launches.
- Study destination trends, best-selling experiences, and new supplier opportunities.
- Identify prospects for curated, private, or exclusive experiences.
- Monitor weekly supplier performance metrics such as revenue, conversion, fill rates, and cancellation ratios.
- Maintain dashboards covering rate competitiveness, inventory coverage, and revenue contribution.
Requirements
- A master’s degree from a reputed institute.
- 3 to 6 years of experience in supplier acquisition, account management, contracting, or partnerships.
- Background in travel, hospitality, or the experiences domain is preferred.
- Strong negotiation skills and sound commercial judgment.
- Clear communication, presentation, and stakeholder relationship skills.
- Good understanding of the tours and attractions landscape.
- Ability to interpret pricing, demand trends, and competitor activity.
