Work location and shift details

All roles are based in Bangalore / Bengaluru and are expected to be performed from the office. Depending on the process, shifts may be rotational, day shift, or night shift. Some roles offer fixed weekly offs, while others follow rotational offs.

Eligibility

Applicants can be freshers or experienced candidates. Graduation is not mandatory. Many roles are open to candidates with 10th, 12th, diploma, or any graduate qualification, depending on the employer and process.

Language requirements vary by role and may include English, Hindi, and regional languages for domestic processes. Some profiles require strong English communication, while others need English plus Hindi or additional regional language skills.

Compensation and benefits

Salary ranges differ by company and process. Domestic BPO roles generally offer around ₹15,000 to ₹35,000 per month plus incentives, while international BPO roles typically pay around ₹25,000 to ₹45,000 per month plus incentives. Several roles mention additional PF, ESI, quarterly bonuses, performance bonuses, and incentives. Cab facility is available for some night-shift and selected processes.
