Role Overview
As a Commercial Vehicle Evaluator/Surveyor for VAS, you will be responsible for sourcing evaluation opportunities by visiting banks and companies, then inspecting commercial vehicles to confirm their condition and authenticity. Your work will help ensure that vehicles meet required standards through physical checks, document verification, and damage assessment.
Key Duties
- Inspect commercial vehicles in person, including trucks, buses, cranes, and other heavy vehicles.
- Review engine condition, chassis details, and mileage authenticity.
- Assess and calculate the fair market value of each vehicle.
- Spot signs of fraud, tampering, or misrepresentation.
- Regularly visit banks and dealers to create new evaluation leads.
- Work toward sales goals while identifying new business opportunities.
Requirements
- At least secondary-level education is required.
- Must have 1 to 2 years of experience evaluating heavy vehicles in the UAE.
- Good understanding of the heavy vehicle sector is necessary.
- Prior use of CRM tools is expected.
- Strong attention to detail is important.
- Solid knowledge of the automotive market is required.
- A strong service mindset, dependable work habits, and a results-driven attitude are needed.
- Excellent spoken English is essential; Arabic skills are an advantage.
- High proficiency in data entry is required.
- Ability to contribute to a respectful and positive workplace is important.
- Self-discipline, professional conduct, and proper phone etiquette are needed.
- Must be able to handle multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and manage time well.
