About the Role

Our client, a growing healthcare organization, is looking for enthusiastic and customer-oriented Hearing Aid Dispensers to join their teams in Dublin and Galway. Key Responsibilities

  • Schedule and conduct appointments with both prospective and existing clients.
  • Perform hearing evaluations following the company’s protocols and professional standards.
  • Advise and sell suitable hearing aid solutions tailored to each client's needs.
  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of sales paperwork and administrative tasks.
  • Maintain comprehensive audiograms, client records, and manage diaries effectively.
  • Submit all reports, notes, and monthly activity in a timely manner.
  • Deliver outstanding after-sales support and maintain ongoing communication with clients.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries and service requests.
  • Engage actively in performance reviews, appraisals, and professional development planning.
  • Keep knowledge current through continuous training in audiometry, sales techniques, and product updates.
  • Collect market information on competitors and identify local business opportunities.
  • Utilize company equipment proficiently to provide excellent client service.
  • Exhibit flexibility in work hours, including some evenings and Saturdays as necessary.
  • Participate in cross-department training and perform additional tasks as assigned by management.

Candidate Profile

  • Previous experience in audiology is advantageous but not required.
  • Good general education background.
  • Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal skills.
  • Technical aptitude with a willingness to learn new technologies and systems.
  • Proficient in IT skills.
  • Possession of a full, clean driver’s license is mandatory.
  • Excellent organizational and administrative abilities.
  • Capability to work independently and manage a varied schedule efficiently.

Training and Career Progression

Compensation and Benefits

  • An initial salary of €35,000 per year.
  • Attractive commission structure offering 20% commission.
