Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and verify medical content within AI training datasets for correctness and compliance with clinical standards.
- Analyze case studies, clinical guidelines, and research publications relevant to various medical specialties for accuracy.
- Provide comprehensive feedback on medical terminology, drug interactions, and diagnostic standards in AI-produced content.
- Work closely with data science teams to enhance AI model performance in healthcare environments by applying validated medical knowledge.
- Protect the confidentiality of proprietary datasets and AI material throughout the process.
Qualifications and Skills Required
- Possess a valid healthcare license in disciplines such as medicine, nursing, or pharmacy.
- Have at least two years of hands-on experience in clinical practice or medical education.
- Understand medical coding systems like ICD-10, CPT, and SNOMED CT.
- Demonstrate the ability to interpret intricate medical literature and evaluate case studies precisely.
- Be proficient in digital tools for medical documentation and content review.
- Exhibit strong detail orientation and commitment to uphold high clinical standards in AI data validation.
