The work calls for strong subject-matter knowledge of healthcare delivery, clinical operations, and regulation so that AI models can be checked and improved before they are released. The outcomes of this role help support patient safety, smoother operations, and more dependable healthcare technology.
Location

Compensation
Payment is competitive and will be aligned with your experience.
Key responsibilities
You will review healthcare AI outputs for medical relevance, data quality, and alignment with accepted healthcare standards. You will compare model responses against clinical guidelines and benchmark expectations to confirm accuracy. You will work with teams across functions to spot performance issues and suggest practical enhancements. You will also flag limitations, unusual cases, and possible bias in healthcare use cases, then document your findings in reports that can guide model improvements and regulatory documentation.
Required background
This opportunity requires at least 3 years of hands-on experience in healthcare systems, clinical operations, or health informatics. You should understand healthcare regulations such as HIPAA, FDA expectations for medical AI, or similar standards. The role also requires comfort with clinical datasets, medical coding and terminology such as ICD-10 and SNOMED CT, and the interpretation of AI model outputs. Strong analytical thinking and the ability to evaluate AI systems in healthcare or related fields are important, along with clear communication skills for explaining technical findings to non-technical audiences.
Opportunity impact
This position contributes to the development of AI products intended for practical healthcare settings, including diagnostics, treatment support, and operational improvement. Your work will help strengthen the safety and reliability of tools used by providers, payers, and patients worldwide.
