The company emphasizes high standards of service, respect for diverse cultures, and active community partnership. It aims to create a supportive workplace for employees while helping clients and healthcare professionals achieve strong, lasting outcomes.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Healthcare Recruiter to join a growing team in Scottsdale, Arizona. This is a full-time role that can be performed either onsite or remotely. The position centers on connecting with healthcare professionals, building trusted relationships, and placing qualified candidates in roles that match client needs and organizational standards.

The recruiter will source, assess, and place healthcare talent such as nurses, physicians, and advanced practice providers. The role also involves guiding candidates through the job market, discussing career goals, and recommending opportunities that align with their background and aspirations. Success in this position depends on strong relationship-building, consultative communication, and the ability to consistently deliver against recruiting targets.

Responsibilities

  • Work toward and surpass daily and weekly recruiting goals to maintain a healthy and growing candidate pipeline.
  • Build sourcing plans aligned with market demand and use Salesforce to reach out to prospects by phone and email.
  • Keep candidate information up to date and accurate in Salesforce, including contact details, qualifications, and interaction notes.
  • Use a consultative recruiting style to uncover candidate needs, earn trust, and encourage commitment.
  • Screen healthcare professionals for licensure, relevant experience, availability, and overall suitability for open roles.
  • Explain future opportunities, hiring timelines, and the advantages of working with Tribal Health LLC.
  • Drive urgency and secure candidate interest throughout the hiring process.
  • Negotiate pay packages to balance candidate expectations with business requirements.
  • Share candidate recommendations with Account Managers, emphasizing the strongest match based on both technical and interpersonal qualities.
  • Partner with clinical, quality, and operational teams to support smooth onboarding and clear communication.
  • Keep current on healthcare hiring trends and labor-market conditions to shape sourcing and placement strategy.
  • Handle additional related tasks as needed to support team and company objectives.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of recruiting experience, preferably within healthcare staffing.
  • High school diploma or GED required; an associate degree in business or a related area is preferred.
  • Comfort using Microsoft Office, Adobe tools, and Google Docs.
  • Experience working with Salesforce or a similar ATS/CRM platform.
  • Solid understanding of permanent placement recruiting in the healthcare field.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Excellent skills in relationship management, consultative selling, and negotiation.
  • Ability to manage several requisitions at once and set priorities effectively.
  • Comfort working collaboratively in a team-oriented setting.
  • Awareness of cultural and language sensitivities relevant to healthcare recruiting.
  • Willingness to travel when business needs require it.
  • Ability to take on other duties as assigned.
  • Equal opportunity considerations apply; the employer welcomes all qualified applicants and encourages veterans to apply.

Perks

  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance.
  • Paid time off plus 11 federal holidays.
  • 100% company-funded tuition assistance for further education.
  • Optional benefits such as disability coverage and critical illness coverage.
  • Opportunities for ongoing development and career advancement.
  • Flexible work setup with onsite or remote options.

Equal Opportunity

The employer is committed to a fair and inclusive hiring process. Candidates are considered without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or veteran status. Reasonable accommodations are available for applicants with disabilities and disabled veterans during the hiring process.
