• Consistently meet or surpass recruitment performance goals, including submissions, interviews, and offers.
• Provide a professional and polished experience to clients and candidates at every phase of the process.

Required Qualifications

• Between 3 to 5 years of recruitment experience, preferably within healthcare or behavioral health sectors.
• Demonstrated success in achieving or exceeding recruitment targets.
• Comfortable operating within a structured and process-driven work environment.
• Strong communication skills paired with a professional demeanor.
• Ability to work independently in a remote role while maintaining high accountability standards.
• Possess grit, resilience, and a diligent work ethic.
