Role overview
We are hiring a Healthcare Recruiter for an immediate start on behalf of a client. This position is fully remote and is structured as a short-term contract with the possibility of extension or conversion for a high-performing recruiter.
Interview timeline
The client plans to conduct hiring manager interviews between Monday, July 6 and Wednesday, July 8.
Compensation
The role offers $30 to $35 per hour, depending on experience.
Work location
This assignment is fully remote within the United States.
Experience and tools
Candidates should bring 1 to 3 years of experience using iCIMS and 1 to 3 years of healthcare or clinical recruiting experience.
Recruiting focus
The recruiter will support hiring for clinical and healthcare roles such as RNs, PAs, CNAs, Medical Assistants, EEG Techs, and similar positions.
Technical knowledge
A solid grasp of healthcare and medical terminology is essential for success in this position.
Contract details
The initial engagement is expected to run for 30 to 90 days, with a strong chance of extension or a permanent opportunity based on performance.
