Job Overview
The Healthcare Recruiter is essential for sourcing, engaging, and hiring skilled nursing and home health professionals to support TAHC's mission and expansion. Responsibilities encompass full-cycle recruitment including candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding, and compliance adherence with federal, state, and organizational standards. The ideal candidate exhibits outstanding organization, a people-centered approach, results orientation, and a commitment to building strong clinical teams delivering superior patient care.
Main Responsibilities
- Identify and attract qualified healthcare applicants
- Assess candidate credentials through resume reviews and interviews
- Schedule interviews with hiring managers and clinical leadership
- Ensure adherence to licensing and healthcare regulations
- Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates
- Manage job postings across various platforms and channels
- Keep accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Coordinate completion of pre-employment requirements like licensure and background checks
- Collaborate with leadership to understand staffing needs and hiring priorities
- Deliver an excellent candidate experience during recruitment
- Assist retention by supporting ongoing candidate and employee engagement
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related fields
- At least 2–3 years of recruiting experience; healthcare or home health recruiting especially valued
- Experience recruiting nurses and clinical roles highly preferred
- Solid knowledge of recruiting practices, employment legislation, and compliance requirements
- Understanding of multi-state healthcare licensing is beneficial
- Strong communication, organization, and time management abilities
- Capability to handle multiple requisitions in a dynamic environment
- Proficient with ATS systems, job boards, and Microsoft Office
- Adaptable to flexible work schedules and evolving staffing requirements
- Position requires proximity to Las Vegas, NV office due to hybrid working nature

- Salary range between $65,000 and $75,000 per year
