Healthcare Recruiter

Overview

We are looking for a Healthcare Recruiter to assist our client with recruitment efforts spanning various locations. This individual will oversee the entire recruitment process and collaborate closely with hiring managers to identify and secure excellent candidates for multiple positions.

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for multiple roles across diverse offices and regions.
• Work alongside hiring managers to comprehend hiring needs and job specifications.
• Utilize job boards, networking platforms, referrals, and other methods to source candidates.
• Review resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability.
• Organize interview schedules and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring teams.
• Maintain thorough organization managing several open positions across various locations.
• Keep accurate records of candidate interactions and data within the applicant tracking system.
• Ensure candidates have a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Assist in the offer stage, including extending job offers and carrying out negotiations when necessary.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years' recruiting experience, ideally with responsibility for multiple locations or regions.
• Proven ability to juggle numerous job requisitions simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and organizational capabilities.
• Ability to function effectively in a fast-paced setting with strong prioritization skills.
• Experience using applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn.
• Bachelor's degree is preferred but not mandatory.

Additional Information

• Recruitment experience covering corporate, technical, or operational roles is advantageous.
• Comfortable coordinating with teams distributed across various time zones.
