Job description

Overview

We are looking for a driven Healthcare Recruiter to join our US Staffing team based in Noida. This role focuses on identifying, evaluating, and hiring qualified nursing and allied healthcare professionals to serve US clients. You will play an integral role in coordinating with Account Managers and Delivery Leads to meet staffing requirements within deadlines while providing outstanding candidate engagement throughout the recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, screen, and recruit healthcare professionals for US-based assignments, including nursing and allied health specialties.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to offer management.
  • Leverage job portals, professional networks, Boolean search methods, and social media channels to find qualified candidates.
  • Address MSP and VMS hiring requirements ensuring adherence to client-specific protocols.
  • Develop and nurture a robust flow of both active and passive healthcare candidates.
  • Coordinate candidate interviews, negotiate offers, and maintain communication with candidates and hiring managers regularly.
  • Meet individual recruitment goals while balancing quality and timely delivery.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in any field; degrees in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or Healthcare are advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience specializing in US Staffing recruitment; familiarity with US Healthcare Staffing is preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of US employment classifications such as W2, 1099, and MSP/VMS hiring models.
  • Proficiency with sourcing tools including LinkedIn, job boards, Boolean search, and various social media platforms.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Ability to perform independently in a fast-paced, goal-oriented setting.
  • Willingness to work night shifts aligned with US business hours.

Preferred Competencies

  • Experience with US Healthcare Staffing niche including nursing and allied recruitment.
  • Expertise with MSP/VMS hiring frameworks.
  • Advanced sourcing techniques using Boolean search and LinkedIn Recruiter.
