Healthcare Recruiter

Overview

This opportunity is for a recruiter who will support hiring for a healthcare client across several locations. The position focuses on end-to-end recruiting and close collaboration with hiring managers to identify, attract, and secure qualified candidates for a variety of roles.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle the complete recruiting cycle for positions spread across multiple offices and regions.
• Work closely with hiring managers to clarify staffing needs and position expectations.
• Find candidates using job boards, professional networks, referrals, and similar sourcing channels.
• Review applications and run first-round candidate interviews.
• Arrange interviews and keep communication flowing between applicants and hiring teams.
• Stay highly organized while managing several open roles in different locations at the same time.
• Maintain candidate records accurately in the applicant tracking system.
• Help ensure a smooth, respectful, and positive experience for candidates throughout the process.
• Assist with the offer stage, including sharing offers and supporting negotiation where required.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate brings at least 2 years of recruiting experience, with a preference for experience supporting multiple locations or regions. They should be comfortable managing several requisitions simultaneously and be able to communicate clearly, stay organized, and prioritize in a fast-moving environment. Experience using applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools is important. A bachelor’s degree is preferred, though it is not mandatory.

Additional Details

• Experience recruiting for a mix of corporate, technical, or operational roles will be considered an advantage.
• The role requires comfort working with distributed teams and coordinating across different time zones.
