Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and source qualified Registered Nurse candidates through multiple channels such as job boards, social media, and networking.
  • Collaborate with recruiting teams to understand hiring priorities, role requirements, and staffing needs.
  • Develop and sustain a talent pipeline for ongoing and future nursing recruitment.
  • Use applicant tracking systems and recruiting software to document candidate information accurately.
  • Schedule interviews and ensure smooth coordination between candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with candidates to provide a positive and culturally aligned interview experience.
  • Deliver updates on recruitment pipeline progress and candidate engagement regularly.
  • Participate in special recruitment projects and assist with additional initiatives as needed.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Preferred bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Healthcare Administration, or similar fields, or commensurate experience.
  • At least two years in high-volume recruitment, ideally within home health, hospital, managed care, or community healthcare settings.
  • Understanding of healthcare licensing and nursing credentialing processes.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Ability to operate independently in a busy and deadline-oriented environment.
  • Strong relationship-building, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Experience in contract recruiting or with staffing agencies is advantageous.
  • Discretion in handling sensitive information and maintaining confidentiality.
  • A team-oriented mindset with a commitment to support and encourage colleagues.
  • Cultural humility and effective communication across diverse populations and communities.

Compensation

Salary ranges from $68,000 to $72,000 annually, dependent upon experience.
