Concentric Healthcare Staffing is hiring an experienced recruiter to support Allied Health hiring across travel, contract, and staffing assignments. What you will do

• Source and recruit Allied Health professionals for travel, contract, and staffing roles.
• Develop and maintain a robust pool of qualified clinicians.
• Find candidates through job boards, referrals, social media, database searches, and direct outreach.
• Evaluate candidates, learn their preferences, and align them with open opportunities.
• Partner with account managers and internal teams to progress candidates efficiently.
• Keep ATS records, candidate notes, and pipeline updates accurate and current.
• Deliver a positive candidate experience from initial contact through placement.

What the employer is looking for

• Prior experience in healthcare recruiting or healthcare staffing is preferred.
• For remote work, prior experience with a healthcare staffing agency is required; otherwise, candidates would need to work from the Scottsdale location.
