Role summary
IDR is hiring a Healthcare Product Manager for a remote position with a leading healthcare technology company focused on digital innovation in kidney care. This role is centered on shaping product direction and delivering software solutions that improve patient outcomes.
What you will do
- Own and define the product vision, strategy, and OKRs for healthcare digital products.
- Work closely with engineering, design, and cross-functional stakeholders to turn roadmap plans into shipped outcomes.
- Guide product decisions that address important business needs and healthcare challenges.
- Support the launch and continuous improvement of software products operating in an FDA-regulated environment.
- Use strong communication and relationship-building skills to align, influence, and motivate teams.
Requirements
- Previous product management experience in an FDA-regulated setting such as biotech or medical devices.
- Background as a product manager or in a similar role with proven success launching healthcare software products.
- Ability to break down complex, unclear problems into practical roadmaps with measurable results.
- Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
