Role Overview
This position is centered on applying healthcare domain knowledge to build structured clinical and operational training workflows that support more advanced healthcare systems. The work involves converting genuine medical and administrative judgment into organized, high-quality outputs.
Key Responsibilities
- Record and organize practical healthcare processes from clinical, administrative, and compliance environments.
- Convert patient journey steps, diagnostic sequences, and operating procedures into structured formats.
- Assess system-produced results and improve them for correctness, safety, and consistency with accepted practices.
- Check clinical and operational logic against established guidelines and regulatory requirements.
- Work with research teams in an asynchronous manner to strengthen healthcare workflow representations.
Candidate Profile
- Background as a healthcare professional in areas such as clinical practice, nursing, healthcare administration, pharmacy, compliance, or similar fields.
- Hands-on knowledge of healthcare operations, clinical decisions, or patient care systems.
- Valid professional license or applicable certification, where required.
- Good understanding of healthcare documentation norms and regulatory frameworks.
- Strong analytical ability with the capacity to explain reasoning in a clear, structured way.
Engagement Details
This is an ongoing, project-based contract role that is fully remote and works asynchronously. Compensation is task-based at approximately $40 per workflow task, with each task taking around 20 minutes on average.
