Healthcare Open Enrollment Specialist - Fully Remote

Overview

TEKsystems is seeking multiple Healthcare Open Enrollment Specialists to join their team in a fully remote capacity. Candidates must have at least two years of relevant experience in healthcare open enrollment or a related field. This role involves detailed customer service to guide participants through health and welfare benefit plans during the enrollment period.

Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of client plan options and health benefit enrollment to ensure excellent service delivery.
• Utilize critical thinking and communication skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently while showing ownership of responsibilities.
• Work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
• Support participants through a concierge service approach, resolving most inquiries independently from start to finish.
• Deliver proactive, high-quality service by promptly addressing inbound inquiries and updating participants on progress.
• Guarantee a positive participant experience throughout all interactions.
• Manage daily open and new case files, including interactions with employees, retirement providers, insurance firms, and client services, sometimes through conference calls.

Additional Skills and Qualifications

• Prior experience in open enrollment and remote call center environments is required.

Compensation and Benefits

• Hourly pay rate is fixed at $16.50.
