Role Overview
Join GRUPAS (Grupo de Gestores de Facilities) as a Healthcare Market Research Consultant in Singapore. This full-time onsite position involves comprehensive competitive intelligence gathering, strategic analysis, and communication within the healthcare market sector.
Core Responsibilities
- Conduct competitive data collection through primary research, analyzing third-party resources, and utilizing public competitor information.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Product Management, Marketing, and Product Marketing teams to develop and refine competitive strategies.
- Engage with key consultants and market influencers to gain insight on win/loss dynamics.
- Disseminate competitive intelligence and related assets through internal platforms and customized sales tools.
- Present detailed findings and analyses to stakeholders including Product Management, executive teams, and other internal divisions.
- Oversee the end-to-end management and execution of a thorough client win/loss interview process.
- Research and maintain an extensive partner and adjacent market vendor fact book to support market understanding.
- Monitor and compile key market trend data into a market intelligence fact book.
- Regularly update management on market developments in related sectors such as venture capital and private equity in Healthcare IT.
Candidate Profile
- 1-2 years of experience in corporate strategy, marketing, or competitive intelligence roles.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office suite, including advanced Excel skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Analytical thinker with exceptional problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Interpersonal skills that facilitate teamwork, openness to constructive feedback, and eagerness to learn.
- Creativity in approach considered advantageous.
- Ability to interpret public financial statements and develop Excel-based financial models.
