About the Role

We are looking for a seasoned Senior Consultant specialized in Healthcare and Life Sciences to spearhead AI-driven transformation projects within major global pharmaceutical companies. Based in Washington, DC, this full-time opportunity requires a professional with substantial consulting experience who can collaborate effectively with enterprise clients, data scientists, and engineering teams to introduce innovative AI, advanced analytical methods, and digital health technologies that elevate both business performance and patient care quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage AI and advanced analytics initiatives focusing on Clinical, Research & Development, and Real-World Data domains.
• Convert complex business challenges into scalable and practical AI and analytics solutions.
• Partner with clients and internal teams to ensure delivery of valuable outcomes.
• Champion transformative programs leveraging Generative AI, Machine Learning, and cloud platforms.
• Create strategic presentations, proposals, and recommendations for clients.
• Maintain strong relationships with executive stakeholders while assuring high-quality project delivery.
• Provide mentorship to teams and support growth and development of the consulting practice.

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years consulting experience within Healthcare or Life Sciences sectors.
• At least 5 years focusing on AI, Machine Learning, Advanced Analytics, or Generative AI technologies.
• Proficient with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Proven track record leading enterprise-level healthcare or pharmaceutical transformation efforts.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication abilities.
• Applicants must be U.S. Citizens or hold a Green Card.
