Position Overview
This opportunity is for healthcare domain specialists across clinical practice, administration, and compliance who can support AI workflow training.
Compensation
The role is structured as a contract assignment with pay set at $120 per hour.
Compensation is actually task-based, with payment made for each workflow transcript completed. Each task is expected to take about 20 minutes, and the indicative payout is $40 per task, which aligns with the stated hourly equivalent at the expected pace.
Work Arrangement
The work is fully remote.
Key Work Areas
- Map complete healthcare workflows, including patient care journeys, diagnostic reasoning, treatment decisions, hospital operations, and compliance processes.
- Check AI-generated clinical and operational recommendations for correctness and patient safety.
- Develop structured examples that reflect real-world medical decision-making and evidence-based practice.
- Compare outputs with clinical guidance, regulatory rules, and quality benchmarks.
- Work asynchronously with research teams to strengthen how healthcare processes are represented.
Required Background
- Physicians in primary care or specialty practice must have an active MD or DO license, at least 8 years of clinical experience, and board certification is preferred.
- Registered nurses must hold a current RN license and have at least 8 years of clinical or nursing leadership experience.
- Healthcare administrators should have at least 8 years of experience in hospital, health system, or clinic operations; an MHA is preferred.
- Professionals in health information and medical records should hold RHIA or RHIT certification, have at least 7 years of experience, and know ICD-10 and EHR systems well.
- Compliance and regulatory specialists need at least 7 years of experience with HIPAA, state licensing, and accreditation requirements.
- Health economists and data analysts should have at least 7 years of experience; an MS or PhD is preferred, along with claims data analysis and outcomes research experience.
- Pharmacists must have a PharmD, an active license, and at least 7 years of clinical or hospital pharmacy experience.
- Medical billing and revenue cycle professionals should bring at least 7 years of healthcare billing or revenue cycle experience; CCS or CPC certification is preferred.
- Applicants must be able to explain clinical and operational reasoning clearly and pay close attention to detail.
