This position focuses on using data to strengthen hospital and healthcare operations. The analyst will partner with clinical and operational stakeholders to turn healthcare data into actionable insights that support smarter business decisions and better day-to-day performance.

Core responsibilities

The role involves gathering business needs, examining healthcare datasets, building reports and dashboards, and spotting patterns that can improve operational outcomes. You will also help refine workflows and present findings in a way that supports both clinical and administrative teams.

Key focus areas

• Collecting and clarifying requirements from clinical and operational teams
• Analyzing healthcare-related data to identify trends and issues
• Creating dashboards and reporting outputs for KPIs and operations
• Supporting process improvement efforts across hospital functions
• Working with EHR and EMR platforms such as Epic and Cerner
• Using SQL, Excel, and visualization tools to support analysis
• Contributing to healthcare operations and clinical workflow understanding

Experience needed

The expected background is at least 3 years of experience in a hospital, healthcare system, or healthcare consulting setting.
