Roles and Responsibilities

  • Assist clients with projects focusing on healthcare strategy, transformation efforts, and data analytics.
  • Participate in benchmarking, assessments, problem-solving, and identifying new opportunities.
  • Contribute to the creation of business cases, operating models, strategic roadmaps, and implementation plans.
  • Support operational, technological, and governance initiatives within healthcare environments.
  • Help design healthcare payment models and value-based care financing solutions.
  • Analyze trade-offs involving costs, quality, access, and incentives for various stakeholders.
  • Develop frameworks related to provider performance, reimbursement strategies, and population health management.
  • Convert business questions into structured analytical methodologies.
  • Examine healthcare datasets to uncover trends, cost drivers, and areas for enhancement.
  • Deliver analyses as actionable recommendations and prepare client presentations.
  • Assist in reviewing clinical and administrative workflows to identify improvements in cost, utilization, efficiency, and quality.
  • Engage in process enhancement and organizational change initiatives.
  • Collaborate actively with client stakeholders and internal teams throughout project phases.
  • Contribute in workshops, interviews, and solution development discussions.
  • Present findings clearly and professionally to clients.
  • Support proposal development and participate in internal company projects as required.
  • Grow expertise in value-based care, digital health, and healthcare financing areas.
  • Share knowledge to foster team growth and development.

Qualifications

  • Academic background in MBBS, BDS, B.Pharm, M.Pharm, Nursing, Allied Health, MPH, MBA in Healthcare, Health Economics, or similar fields.
  • Between 2 to 6 years of relevant experience in healthcare consulting, strategy, analytics, or within payer-provider environments.
  • Familiarity with healthcare financing or reimbursement systems, value-based care, and population health is beneficial.
  • Experience with international healthcare systems, especially those in the US or GCC, is considered an advantage.
