Job Summary

Reqroute, Inc is looking for Claims Processing Specialists to support a major healthcare client. This fully remote contract role requires candidates to reside in Iowa due to regulatory mandates.

Key Responsibilities

• Efficient and precise processing of healthcare claims utilizing the QNXT system.
• Reviewing claims meticulously to ensure they meet completeness and compliance standards.
• Investigating and resolving any discrepancies found within claims.
• Maintaining required productivity and quality metrics consistently.
• Working collaboratively with internal teams to guarantee prompt resolution of claims.

Required Qualifications

• Prior experience working with QNXT claims processing platform is mandatory.
• At least six months to one year of healthcare claims processing experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and focus on accuracy in claim handling.
• Capability to work independently within a fast-paced, production-oriented environment.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Must be a resident of Iowa; no exceptions.
