Role Overview

This position entails managing healthcare claims processing operations with a strong emphasis on claims lifecycle understanding. The role requires coordination of cross-functional teams and stakeholder communications, including technical and business representatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Comprehend healthcare claims processing workflows and the claims lifecycle thoroughly.
• Apply practical knowledge of Facets configuration to identify impacts and enable dialogue between business and technical teams.
• Lead and organize cross-functional teams including client personnel and CTS resources effectively.
• Manage multiple priorities, evaluate business impacts, and realign plans according to critical initiatives.
• Facilitate stakeholder discussions to drive decision-making and uphold accountability for action items.
• Communicate clearly and professionally both verbally and in writing across varied business and technical groups.

Additional Information

The position is fully remote with potential travel up to 25%. No onsite work is required beyond that. Only two candidate profiles are being considered at this time.
