Medico Hub, a healthcare sector arm of Dakshshila Edtech Pvt. Ltd., is an Indian private limited company focused on healthcare recruitment, staffing solutions, third-party payroll services, and AI-driven hospital management software. The company is currently expanding its healthcare operations throughout Oman.

Job Description and Responsibilities

• Conduct visits to hospitals, clinics, diagnostic facilities, and other healthcare institutions across Oman.
• Engage with hospital directors, HR managers, medical directors, and other key decision-makers.
• Identify and generate recruitment needs for a wide range of healthcare professionals including doctors, nurses, allied healthcare staff, and other personnel.
• Promote Medico Hub's services such as healthcare recruitment, staffing, third-party payroll administration, and AI hospital management software.
• Arrange client meetings, deliver presentations, and conduct software demonstrations.
• Establish and nurture long-standing client relationships.
• Meet monthly targets related to business development achievements.
• Prepare and submit daily visit reports along with weekly updates on business progress.

Candidate Requirements

• Possess between 1 to 5 years of experience in healthcare business development, healthcare staffing, recruitment, medical sales, or B2B sales roles.
• Fluent in English with excellent communication capabilities.
• Proven ability in networking and managing client relationships effectively.
• Must hold a valid driving license for Oman.
• Having a personal vehicle is preferable.
• Willing and able to travel within the assigned areas as required.

• Monthly salary ranging from OMR 200 to 350, commensurate with experience.
