Your Role

• Assist residents with everyday tasks such as personal hygiene, dressing, and movement.
• Uphold the dignity, autonomy, and uniqueness of each resident at all times.
• Provide comprehensive emotional, physical, and social support.
• Encourage residents to participate in purposeful activities and hobbies.
• Collaborate closely with nursing and senior care staff to ensure top-quality care.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming atmosphere for residents and guests.
