What You Will Do

  • Keep records accurate and add detailed notes where needed.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED is required.
  • You must be able to pass both a criminal background check and a drug screen.
  • A dependable high-speed internet connection is necessary for remote work.
  • You should be comfortable using computers and working in several systems at once.
  • Strong attendance and punctuality are expected.

Preferred Background

  • Previous experience in customer service or a call center is valued.
  • Experience with appointment booking, patient scheduling, healthcare, transportation, or administrative work is beneficial.
  • Background in care coordination or service coordination is considered an advantage.
