Job Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of sales, customer service, and operational standards within the branch.
• Manage sales activities and responsibilities efficiently.
• Apply knowledge of pharmacy products and services to assist customers.
• Handle cash management duties accurately.
• Follow company policies and procedures without exception.
• Conduct merchandising and marketing tasks to promote products.
• Oversee purchasing and stock control as per company guidelines.
• Liaise professionally with sales representatives.
• Provide support to colleagues in other parts of the branch as necessary.

Candidate Requirements

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong retail sales experience with a focus on customer service.
• Pharmacy sector experience is advantageous.
• Proven ability to meet sales targets.
• Friendly, approachable demeanor with a positive attitude.
• Courteous and helpful manner in all customer interactions.
• Team player willing to collaborate with others.
• Qualification in retail or comparable experience.
• Basic IT skills preferred.
• Availability to work weekends and bank holidays when needed.
• Fluency in English is required.
