Responsibilities

• Dispensing and preparation of prescriptions accurately.
• Delivering exceptional customer service consistently.
• Managing stock control while ensuring ethical ordering practices.
• Overseeing prescription control to maintain compliance.
• Completing end-of-month claims and associated paperwork.
• Handling reject and reclaims book procedures effectively.
• Maintaining dispensary housekeeping standards.
• Providing insight during KPI reviews to support operational improvement.

Requirements

• Possession of an approved Pharmacy Technician qualification.
• Minimum of three years’ experience in a dispensary or technician role.
• Strong product knowledge in pharmaceutical items.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Committed to outstanding customer service and a respectful, courteous manner.
• Ability to work well within a team and adapt to fast-paced settings.
• Availability to work on Saturdays.
• Fluent English language proficiency.
• Legal authorization to work in Ireland.
