Job Opportunity: Health Surveyor
We are urgently seeking candidates for full-time Health Surveyor positions based in Purulia II, West Bengal. The role involves conducting health-related surveys mainly door-to-door or at designated sites to collect vital data on health card ownership and distribution.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out door-to-door or site-based surveys to collect information about health card possession and distribution of new health cards.
- Clearly communicate the survey's objectives to participants and resolve any inquiries or concerns they may have.
- Meticulously document survey responses on physical or digital formats ensuring accuracy.
Working Conditions
- Work shift is 8 hours per day with Sundays off.
- Surveys are conducted primarily within the candidate's own block or Panchayat area.
Qualifications Required
- Minimum educational qualification: Higher Secondary (H.S) pass, graduates and above are eligible to apply.
Compensation and Benefits
- Monthly salary ranging from 12,500 to 13,500 INR plus additional incentives.
