Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Health & Wellbeing Operations Specialist to provide operational support for health initiatives in our San Jose office. This role will focus on managing daily health operations, coordinating employee health programs, assisting clinic operations, overseeing health checkup programs, and executing local health-related projects. Additional responsibilities include supporting health operations standardization, reporting, governance, as well as compliance tracking and coordination with other markets if needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day Health & Wellbeing activities in San Jose, including occupational health tasks, clinic coordination, employee wellness program support, and administration of health checkup programs, ensuring consistent process adherence and service continuity.
• Liaise with San Jose clinics, regional EHS stakeholders, business units, vendors, and cross-functional teams to facilitate smooth health operations and project execution, maintaining clear ownership and escalation channels.
• Support the rollout and ongoing administration of AMS regional health checkup initiatives, including vendor management, communication, employee guidance, scheduling, issue resolution, documentation, program monitoring, and process improvements.
• Assist with local health and wellness projects by managing program implementation, communications, scheduling logistics, follow-ups, and post-initiative reviews.
• Coordinate employee health cases and ensure proper follow-up documentation and tracking of actions.
• Contribute to the development, launch, and continuous enhancement of EHS health and wellbeing programs, training content, awareness efforts, and operational processes.
• Maintain EHS records, reporting tools, program files, and operational data to enable regular reports, compliance checks, visibility to management, trend analysis, and strategic planning.
• Help align operations with local occupational health legislation, corporate EHS standards, internal policies, and business requirements, ensuring documentation readiness and consistent execution.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in health operations, employee wellbeing programs, clinic coordination, benefits-related functions, health checkup program management or related EHS administration.
• Strong background in employee benefits and wellness program operations is desirable.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and follow-up abilities for working with internal teams and external vendors, with clear escalation when necessary.
• Capability to manage routine operational tasks alongside project work in a dynamic environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong documentation, data tracking, reporting, and analytical skills, including confidentiality awareness and familiarity with dashboards or operational trackers.
• Knowledge of health compliance, occupational health coordination, wellbeing operations, audit preparation, and governance processes is advantageous.

Compensation and Work Details

• Position Type: Full-time, W2 employment with long-term stability
• Location: 1199 Coleman Avenue, San Jose, CA (On-site)
• Salary: Annual gross pay between 95000 and 130000 USD, negotiable based on credentials and experience
