Role overview

The Health, Safety & Wellbeing Systems Specialist - Reporting and Systems will help establish the base for HSW IT systems, improve how these systems work, and support the HSW team and other relevant teams in making effective use of the available tools. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract and can be based in Auckland or Sydney.

Key responsibilities

You will be responsible for supporting the health, safety and wellbeing function through systems, reporting, training and stakeholder coordination.

  • Genuine interest in health, safety and wellbeing.
  • Ability to understand and interpret health and safety laws in both New Zealand and Australia.
  • Experience producing clear, engaging training materials and documentation.
  • Experience handling reporting and data analysis.
  • Capability to build productive relationships with stakeholders.
