  • Maintain comprehensive QHSE documentation including inspection records, audit results, training logs, and compliance tracking systems.
  • Lead toolbox talks, safety briefings, awareness initiatives, and site-specific QHSE training sessions.
  • Collaborate effectively with operations teams, maintenance staff, supervisors, subcontractors, and client representatives concerning QHSE matters.

  • Contribute to internal and external audits and support timely resolution of audit findings.
  • Advocate for a proactive safety culture and consistent enforcement of QHSE discipline among site teams.
  • Supply ongoing QHSE performance reports and suggest continuous improvement strategies to management.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Have at least 3 years of professional experience in QHSE/HSE roles.
  • Prior exposure to Facilities Management, Integrated Facilities Management, Operations & Maintenance, maintenance services, building services, or large operational projects is essential.
