Role Overview

The Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) Officer is tasked with implementing and upholding organizational policies, procedures, and legal requirements related to health, safety, and environmental protection. Core functions include conducting risk assessments, delivering safety training, monitoring compliance, investigating incidents, and fostering ongoing enhancement of safety culture within the workplace.

Preferred Qualifications and Experience

• A Bachelor’s Degree is essential.
• Certifications such as NEBOSH IGC, OSHA, IOSH, or equivalents are highly desirable.
• Familiarity with risk assessment methodologies and incident analysis techniques is required.
• Knowledge of HSE management systems standards, including ISO 45001 and ISO 14001, is needed.
• Strong communication skills and leadership capabilities are valued.
• Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving aptitude are crucial for the role.
