About the Role
Alignerr collaborates with top-tier AI research teams to develop and refine advanced AI models. We are looking for individuals with a Master's in Public Health (MPH) or related fields to support our efforts in training AI systems to deliver precise, evidence-based health information and policy guidance.
Key Responsibilities
- Construct intricate public health scenarios such as disease outbreak simulations, health equity evaluations, and statistical analyses of clinical trials.
- Develop comprehensive solutions that integrate peer-reviewed studies, epidemiological data, and authoritative public health guidelines like those from CDC and WHO.
- Perform technical reviews of AI-generated health recommendations to assess accuracy, identify bias, and ensure ethical compliance, spotting misinformation or reasoning flaws.
- Offer detailed feedback to enhance the AI's ability to differentiate correlation from causation and improve risk communication to diverse groups.
Required Qualifications
- Possession of a Master's degree in Public Health (MPH), Master of Science in Public Health (MSPH), or a closely aligned graduate degree.
- Proficient knowledge in at least two of the following domains: Epidemiology, Biostatistics, Environmental Health, or Health Policy.
- Ability to clearly and sensitively translate complex health data into concise, actionable text.
- Meticulous attention to detail when validating statistical significance, sources, and health interventions.
- No prior AI experience necessary.
Preferred Experience
- Background in data annotation, data quality control, or evaluation methodologies.
- Familiarity with data analysis tools such as R, SAS, or Stata.
- Experience in health communication, clinical research coordination, or public health surveillance.
