About the Role

Alignerr is seeking credentialed public health professionals to enhance the safety and intelligence of AI models through highly specialized data training in health policy and management.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop intricate public health scenarios including disease outbreak simulations, health equity assessments, and clinical trial statistical analysis to rigorously test AI's reasoning abilities.
- Create authoritative, stepwise solutions based on peer-reviewed epidemiological research and guidelines from organizations like CDC and WHO.
- Critically review AI-generated health advice and policy outputs, verifying accuracy, ethical compliance, and identifying misinformation or reasoning flaws.
- Deliver expert, structured feedback that refines AI distinctions between correlation and causation, improves clarity of health risk communications, and ensures equity in AI responses.
- Maintain adherence to scientific consensus and ethical standards in all AI health-related content.
Candidate Profile
- Possess a graduate degree in Public Health (e.g., MPH, MSPH) or a comparable field.
- Demonstrate strong knowledge in at least two areas: Epidemiology, Biostatistics, Environmental Health, or Health Policy.
- Translate complex health datasets into clear, accurate, culturally aware written communication.
- Show meticulous attention to detail especially when scrutinizing statistical significance, data sources, and health intervention logic.
- Self-driven and comfortable with independent, asynchronous remote work.
- No prior experience in AI technology is necessary.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in data annotation, quality control, or evaluation methodologies.
- Familiarity with analytical software such as R, SAS, or Stata.
- Background in health communication, clinical research coordination, or public health monitoring.
