Role and Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls and managing inbound inquiries from potential clients. They must explain health insurance products and their advantages clearly and concisely, recommend the most appropriate insurance plans to customers, generate leads, and successfully convert these leads into sales. Maintaining accurate customer databases and efficiently resolving any customer questions or objections are also key tasks.
Candidate Profile and Requirements
- Minimum qualification: Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) or Graduate (any discipline)
- Strong communication skills required for effective customer interaction
- Previous experience in insurance sales or telesales is preferred, though fresh graduates with excellent communication abilities are encouraged to apply
