About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Health Informatics Analyst to support AI training work in the healthcare space. This role is focused on bringing clinical data knowledge, EHR expertise, and healthcare workflow understanding into the evaluation and improvement of AI systems used for medical contexts.
You will help assess how well AI handles healthcare information, identify issues in outputs and data processes, and contribute structured feedback that supports more accurate and clinically useful models.

Key Responsibilities
- Review and interpret healthcare and EHR datasets to spot patterns, gaps, and areas where processes can be strengthened.
- Assess AI-generated content connected to clinical workflows, healthcare data, and medical decision-making for correctness and quality.
- Examine health information systems, reporting tools, and data pipelines to confirm they align with clinical and operational expectations.
- Create organized feedback, dashboards, and recommendations that help improve AI performance in healthcare use cases.
- Work asynchronously with technical and clinical partners to support continuous, data-informed improvements.
Required Background
- Prior experience with healthcare data, EHR platforms, or clinical reporting systems.
- Solid analytical ability, including reporting, trend analysis, and data visualization.
- Strong critical thinking skills around clinical workflows and operational data.
- Comfort working with clinical, technical, and operational stakeholders.
- High attention to detail and the ability to work independently with reliability.
Preferred Qualifications
- Exposure to data annotation, quality assurance, or evaluation workflows.
- Understanding of AI or machine learning use cases in healthcare.
- Education or experience in health informatics, clinical informatics, or a closely related area.
