Role overview
This contract role is for an experienced Health Informatics Analyst who can help assess and improve AI systems that work with healthcare information, clinical processes, and electronic health records (EHR). Your subject matter expertise will play a key part in making AI responses more reliable in a highly sensitive field. The work is fully remote and is arranged on an hourly basis.
The organization collaborates with leading AI research teams to build stronger, more accurate models, and healthcare understanding is an important focus area.

Key responsibilities
- Examine AI-produced healthcare explanations, clinical data interpretations, and workflow suggestions to check accuracy and overall quality.
- Use your knowledge of EHR systems and health informatics to judge how well the AI handles clinical and operational data situations.
- Spot mistakes, missing context, or risky reasoning in AI outputs related to healthcare systems and data flows.
- Deliver organized expert feedback through rating frameworks and written comments.
- Handle assignments independently and work asynchronously on a flexible schedule.
Candidate profile
- Practical experience with healthcare data, EHR platforms, or clinical reporting tools.
- Strong analytical ability, including interpreting data, identifying trends, and preparing reports.
- Capability to review technical and clinical material carefully and consistently.
- Comfort working remotely on task-based assignments with minimal supervision.
- Good written communication skills.
Preferred experience
- Experience in data annotation, data quality checks, or review-based evaluation work.
- Knowledge of healthcare interoperability standards such as HL7 or FHIR.
- Exposure to clinical operations, health IT, or medical informatics.
- Experience working with clinical, technical, or administrative stakeholders.
