About the role
Alignerr works with leading AI research teams and labs to develop and train advanced AI models. This opportunity is for a Health Informatics Analyst who can contribute clinical data expertise to help AI systems better interpret, reason about, and represent healthcare information accurately.
This role is a strong fit for professionals who have experience with EHR platforms, clinical data pipelines, or health information systems and want to apply that knowledge in AI evaluation and training work.

What you will do
- Review AI-produced healthcare content, data outputs, and clinical workflows to judge whether they are accurate and usable in real-world settings.
- Use your knowledge of EHR and health data systems to assess the reliability and correctness of AI responses in clinical and medical scenarios.
- Spot mistakes, gaps, and contradictions in AI-generated health informatics material and provide clear, structured feedback.
- Examine and tag datasets connected to clinical operations, health information systems, and patient-data processes.
- Work asynchronously with a distributed network of domain specialists on assigned tasks.
What we are looking for
- Hands-on experience with healthcare data, EHR systems such as Epic or Cerner, or other clinical reporting tools.
- Strong analytical ability with experience handling complex health-related datasets.
- Capability to review operational and clinical information for accuracy, completeness, and logical consistency.
- Comfort working independently on structured assignments with minimal supervision.
- Clear, concise, and accurate written communication skills.
Nice-to-have experience
- Background in data annotation, data quality checks, or evaluation workflows.
- Exposure to clinical informatics, health IT, or medical coding.
- Understanding of interoperability standards such as HL7 or FHIR.
- Experience working with clinical, technical, and operational stakeholders.
