Job description

About the Role

This position is for quantitative specialists who want to contribute to AI training by reviewing and improving model outputs. The work centers on assessing AI-produced quantitative analysis, tackling technical problem-solving tasks, and sharing feedback that helps shape how models reason through data, scientific questions, and analytical challenges.

Candidates from fields such as data science, astrophysics, economics, biostatistics, operations research, or other similarly quantitative disciplines are encouraged to apply if they are comfortable working rigorously with data and models. Some people use this opportunity alongside another full-time job, while others focus on it as their main work.

How the Process Works

After creating an account, applicants complete a short assessment that functions as the screening step. Those who pass receive a confirmation email, after which paid tasks become available on the platform.

Contract Benefits

  • You can decide which assignments to take and choose your own working times.
  • The role is flexible and can be performed on your own computer from home.
  • Work is paid by the hour, beginning at USD 50 to USD 100+ per hour, and certain projects may include bonus pay.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review AI-generated quantitative outputs for accuracy, including statistical analysis, predictive modeling, scientific reasoning, and data-based conclusions.
  • Create and solve quantitative tasks used to train and evaluate AI systems across forecasting, experimentation, optimization, and statistical inference.
  • Produce clear technical write-ups and maintain well-structured analytical code.
  • Share feedback that helps improve the next generation of AI models focused on quantitative reasoning.

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of practical experience in a quantitative job or research setting, such as data science, statistics, economics, finance, physics, biology, epidemiology, operations research, or a related area.
  • Working coding knowledge with the ability to write and review analytical code from start to finish.
  • Experience with statistical techniques, predictive modeling, and experiment design, including A/B testing, hypothesis testing, regression, classification, and time-series forecasting.
  • Strong English communication skills at native or bilingual level, including solid written expression.
  • A bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline is preferred, such as Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or Engineering; advanced degrees like a master’s or PhD are an advantage.
  • Additional proof of expertise, such as a strong Kaggle ranking or AWS/GCP machine learning certifications, is a plus.

Additional Information

This is an independent contractor engagement. Payment is handled through PayPal, and currency conversion from USD is managed by PayPal. No payment of any kind will ever be requested from applicants. Only candidates located in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Ireland, Australia, or New Zealand will be considered.
